How are some of the most common cognitive disorders treated in classrooms? Are the programmes and tools of the current education system effective? Are some of the most popular educational practices ineffective?

These are some of the issues that will be discussed at the seminar “Las pruebas de la educación” (Testing Education), which will be held on February 2 at Bizkaia Aretoa in Bilbao. The event, which is in its second edition this year, is organised by the Chair of Scientific Culture of the UPV/EHU and the School Council of the Basque Country, with the collaboration of the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT).
