Crossing the border daily to work in the Euroregion

A total of 3,863 people cross the border daily to work in the New Aquitaine-Basque Country-Navarre Euroregion, with an absolute predominance of people of Spanish nationality who live in the municipalities of Labourd near the border and work in Gipuzkoa. Not the case of Julieta Barrenecha and Katixa Peigneguy (read her post about mobility in this Blog), both Euskampus workers, both French who cross the border in the opposite direction. This is one of the data that was brought to light by the first diagnostic study carried out on cross-border work by the Euroregion as part of the EMPLOYMENT project. See the diagnosis right here.
