Cécile Agullo

With a degree in Literature and Foreign Languages and a Master's degree in Foreign Languages and International Trade from the University of Tours, I started my professional career in Spain in the field of communication and marketing.

Back in Bordeaux in 2007, I worked as an export manager in a communication agency which led me to take a professional turn, moving to the Northern Basque Country to work on my own in the image sector for almost 10 years.

Living in a cross-border area, concerned about being able to participate in the development of the relations and exchanges within our Basque-Aquitaine territory and being passionate about multiculturalism, I decided in 2018 to go back to school to pursue a Master's degree in "Cross-border and interterritorial cooperation" at the University of Pau Pays de l'Adour (UPPA-Bayonne).

In 2020, I joined the team of Euskampus Fundazioa as a project officer in the framework of the Oceani3 cross-border inter-university initiative and since 2021 I have been collaborating in the Joint Transborder Laboratories (LTC) program.
